I can't believe he isn't a baby anymore! He really looks like a little boy here.

Callen turned 3 on April 9!
Callen is 3 now! We had a great party on Saturday, April 12th. (Thanks for letting us use your birthday Aunt Robin)
The big gift was a trampoline for Callen and Claysen's 1st birthday from Mom and Dad, Maga and Oil (Grandma and Grandpa Roberts), Uncle Trey, Aunt Robin, Samantha, Mason and Philip.
Callen also got a bug catching net, or fishing net as he calls it. He slept with it last night! He would sleep with the fishing pole Papa Fred got him too if we would let him!
Claysen hanging out on his new trampoline, this is his 1st birthday gift too, but all the excitment was Callen's today.
Oil, Mason and Callen enjoying the trampoline!
Cows!
Nana Faye gave Callen the ladder inside the house. When I asked him what he thought that was for, he replied, "A trampoline!" I was surprised that he knew what it was for. I asked him if he had a trampoline, "No," he said. I told him to go look outside, he was excited!

Here is the cake and cookie(s) that I made for the party. We had a frog theme, because of the big birthday gift, a trampoline.Posted by Tanna at 9:54 AM 1 comments
A month of Firsts for Claysen
We had several first for Claysen this month. He started eating ceral, had his first hair cut and starting sitting up on his own.
I waited until Claysen's 6 month well-baby visit to start feeding him cereal. We went in on 3/14 so I started the cereal on 3/17. He has taken well to it and sitting in the high chair to eat now. He will open his mouth for the next bite most of the time. With Callen I started feeding him @ 4 months and in comparison starting @ 6 months is better.
I thought Claysen would never sit up on his own. No, I am not trying to hurry the growing up, I am patiently waiting thos milestones. Claysen is just reaching them slower than Callen did. I think it is his extra chub that slows him down. I miss each stage that is past and forever gone.
Rusty has been begging me to cut Claysen's hair for a while now. I haven't been wanting to, you know denial that he is growing up, but I agreed that when he could sit on his own I would cut it. He was born with quite long brown hair and didn't loose or rub much of it off, so by now it was starting to grow and look a little shaggy. Over his ears and neck you can see he had 1-2 inches to cut off! I cried a little!
